Ages 8 and up

Eligibility

Age: Students must be the age of 12 and up to be eligible for the Intermediate or Advanced programs. Placement is at the discretion of the directors.

Age: Students must be between the ages of 10-14 for level 5/6. Placement at the discretion of the directors.

Age: Students must be between the ages of 8-11 for Level 3. Placement at the discretion of the directors.

Placement: Students may submit a video of short barre, center and pointe work to be placed.

Curriculum and Weekly Schedule Advanced and Intermediate

Students will train with our guest teachers and IBS staff with approximately 40 hours per week. Classes will run Monday-Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. The schedule will include:

1. Ballet: technique, pointe, men's class

2. Pas de Deux: partnering (Only for Intermediate and Advanced Students)

3. Contemporary

4. Character

5. Conditioning: stretch and strength

6. Repertoire: Classical variations, Balanchine, Bournonville, and Contemporary

7. Specials: Broadway, African, Jazz, Flamingo

8. Performance on July 26th


Curriculum and Weekly Schedule Level 6

Students will train with our guest teachers and IBS staff with approximately 30 hours per week. Classes will run Monday-Friday between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. The schedule will include:

1. Ballet: technique, pointe, Men"s class

2. Acro

3. Contemporary

4. Character

5.Introduction to pas de Deux

6. Conditioning: stretch and strength

8. Repertoire: variations, rehearsals

9. Specials: Dance History, Acting for dancers, Jazz

10. Performance on July 26th

Curriculum and weekly Schedule Level 5

Students will train with IBS staff with approximately 20 hours per week. Classes will run Monday-Friday between 2:45 am and 6:45 pm. The schedule will include:

1. Ballet: technique

2. Pointe

3. Contemporary

4. Acro

5. Specials: Acting for dancers, Dance History

6. Conditioning: stretch and strength

7. Repertoire: rehearsals

8.Performance on July 26th


Curriculum and weekly Schedule Level 3

Students will train with IBS staff with approximately 16 hours per week. Classes will run Monday-Thursday between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm. The schedule will include:

1. Ballet: technique

2. Contemporary

3. Acro

4. Conditioning: Stretch and Strength

5. Specials: Acting for dancers, Dance History

6. Repetoire rehearsals

7. performance on July 26th

Tuition, Hours, and Important Dates

Tuition Advanced and Intermediate: $2,100 for 4 weeks or $600 Weekly Rate.

Tuition Level 6: $2100 for 4 weeks or $600 Weekly Rate.

Tuition Level 5: $1500 for 4 weeks or $450 Weekly Rate.

Tuition Level 3: $1200 for 4 weeks or $375 Weekly Rate.

Non refundable deposit of $200 Due at the time of registration (goes towards the total tuition fee)

Remainder of tuition payment due by June 1st 2024

Dates: First Day Monday July 1st, Last Day Friday July 26th, Closed Thursday July 4th.
